Preliminary Online Application for Cat

PetConnect is committed to placing each cat in the right home for that particular cat. We take time to know each cat and can give you detailed information about his/her behavior and personality. The adoption application, along with a consultation with a PetConnect representative, is designed to help you find the cat most compatible with your family.

In order to be considered as an adopter you must:

Be 21 years of age or older
Have identification showing your current address
Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord and/or all people residing with you
Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide training, medical treatment and proper care for a pet
Be willing for a PetConnect representative come to see where the cat will be living
